The location is amazing, and the cleaning is ok. The staff is not helpful at all, I’ve searched for a recommendation at the front desk and did not receive the proper assistance. Also on breakfast there was a tattooed guy (that works there) not friendly at all, we did not find the place to put on the plates after we have eaten and the guy has been extremely rude causing an embarrassing situation asking us to remove the plates from the table (with –10 patience).

The staff were great, the rooms were cleaned every so often. Although it does get really hot when I was in the second floor but other than that it’s in a great neighborhood and there’s lots of great events where people meet each other, I met a lot of my now called European friends and I thank this place for it
