Really good property to book out. Good communication with owners when needed

Very attractive manor house from the outside, but some of the rooms have been refurbished with everything painted same shade of chocolate brown. Walls, ceiling, even the radiator all same shade of brown, and situation is really not helped by very subdued lighting. Some might consider it trendy, but we thought more of a dungeon vibe going on. Staff, however, were very attentive and helpful and we managed to get rooms changed to something brighter! Not sure how many rooms have the brown palette applied, but be aware. Various lounges and restaurant in main house were all attractive and food was good.

Always a fabulous hotel , nice quality beds , fabulous bathrooms .

The property is well maintained welcoming and the rooms are of quality - as are the staff.

The staff were phenomenal. I had problems with my booking and the staff went way above and beyond to help
