Personnel vraiment sympa et serviable Hôtel agréable mais photo non contractuelle ( pas de matelas avec pergola et photo du bar piscine non ressemblante à celle du site) Le point surtout négatif était le bonnet de bain obligatoire un jour sur deux et surtout le week-end car piscine ouverte aux publics le week-end ceux qui est dommage pour la cliente et horaire d’ouverture piscine à revoir ( ferme à 18h) beaucoup trop tôt Frigo à l’arrêt aux retrait de la carte dommage également car boissons non fraîches. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’hôtel car très calme les « critiques «  sont contractuelles et j’espère aidera l’hôtel à ces améliorations. Je recommande quand même cette hôtel et y retournerais sans problèmes.

Borgobianco me surpreendeu na estrutura, atendimento e opções de lazer e ajuda principalmente dispolozando transfere para o centro para os hóspedes. Cafe da manhã impecável e time de staff super prestativos. Nota dez para Antonella, Domenico e Ângelo que durante toda minha estadia viraram amigos. Experiência de jantar Pugliese é incrível também vale super !

The EuroStars hotel in Matera is a terrific place to stay. It is a very nice property: very clean, that is quite modern, with spacious rooms, and very well located. An advantage to staying here is that there is a parking lot in the back of the property, where you can easily unload your luggage and park the car for your entire stay in Matera, as you will be able to access all important sites in Matera by walking to them. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and shops close to the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel staff is terrific. The young lady at the reception desk, who spoke perfect English, in addition to fluent Spanish as well as her native Italian language, was very attentive and provided us with a useful map of Matera and also traced for us the walking route starting from the hotel to all of the sites that we wanted to visit. Although we only had one full day in Matera, I highly recommend to spend two days in Matera to truly enjoy it on a more leisurely pace - as Matera along with Lecce and the old town in Bari are the most interesting locales in southern Italy. (We spent 3 full weeks in touring southern Italy by car.) I also highly recommend this hotel. You will be delighted regarding your stay at this lovely hotel.
