“Fabulous find. Have been staying in Great Yarmouth the last month or so with work but stumbled across this fantastic place, wish I had found it earlier. Safe parking on site, great communication from the owner as the main door and room door are opened via the keypad on the door handle. Room spacious, trendy, very clean and the most amazing view across the beaches. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk to bars and restaurants, you couldn't ask for much more. I will return without doubt as a perfect……

“Lovely old Victorian cottage with a very modern and clean comfortable interior. Brilliant location with access straight onto the beach and safe secure parking and a small secure garden. Good location as a base to explore the Norfolk coast and the Broads. Would recommend.”

“It was right on busy road with inconvenient parking as unloading was difficult. The carpets were filthy and the whole place smelt like someone had smoked inside. Heating difficult to control. Not a good experience would not stay there again.”

“Lovely clean property, living room would be cosy for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen. Only drawback is parking space which is small for larger cars and with poor visibility of road. Also workers of boatyard park opposite the driveway so unable to reverse into the driveway if you come back to the cottage during work hours.”
