Staff are very friendly and professional, met on day of arrival and given a quick tour of where breakfast is served and a guest seating lounge with an honesty bar. Room was replenished every day and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. (Only the odd cobweb in the ceiling, but it is the country side) Breakfast is ordered night before, so that breakfast can be served freshly cooked ready for time you say your coming down for Breakfast and the breakfast was excellent every time. (Compliments to the cook). Accommodation, barn conversion with high ceilings and wooden beams showing. Hidden entrance to property/land, which is difficult to find at night, but is situated in a nice quiet secluded area. Only downside your not able to roam the area outside, but will visit again as within driving distance to many activities and 15 minutes from sea. Thank you to the staff for making our stay comfortable.

Room was a fantastic size for the family, however curtains were a little threadbare, and it's in desperate need on painting. Breakfast was limited with no fruit or cereal options that weren't sugary. Enjoy it though

Staff super friendly. Room was bigger than imagined and spotless. We were above a lounge with a self service honesty bar, which the kids loved pretending they were bar staff and customers!! Breakfast delicious and cooked to request and Daniel the host provided our daughter with a hot Chocolate for breakfast she requested, even though it wasn’t on the menu. A delightful experience and we will 100% be returning in the future!!

Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, and delicious. Everything we needed was near to hand. The room was comfortable, and appeared clean, although I found several cobwebs, and reminded myself that this was an old building. Nevertheless a quick sweep with the vacuum nozzle would sort this out.

The best guest experience

Fantastic stay. I received a warm welcome and was informed of the history of the main house and given informationabout breakfast and the relaxing bar area. Breakfast orders are taken the evening before, and my order was delivered to the dining room at exactly the time ordered (it was hot, fresh and delicious). There are cereals etc already in the room. The choice is excellent and includes veggie/vegan options. Great coffee. The room was lovely and had everything needed for my stay - hairdryer, kettle and tea/coffee/milk. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice and quiet. The WiFi was good. There was a TV but i didnt use it. This felt like staying with friends, and is one of my all time favourite guest experiences.

Lovely, large family room with excellent amenities. Great cooked breakfast. Good base for exploring this part of Suffolk coast. Southwold is about 4 miles away. Would certainly recommend.

Special stay in Henham Park.

Interesting and lovely place to stay within 10mins drive to Southwold. The accommodation is full of character and peaceful. The cooked breakfast was plentiful, of good quality and tasty. We liked the fresh croissants as well. We would have liked some fruit on offer as well as the orange juice already provided. Check in very easy and friendly. Would and will definitely stay again.
