“Punto a favor es la cercanía al centro del pueblo de Ponce . En contra , se anuncian con piscina y no la tienen disponible, por cierto ese fue el factor clave para que lo tomara ; necesita mantenimiento, cucarachas , el aire acondicionado estaba derramando agua . Si tienes problemas de movilidad el dormitorio está subiendo una angosta escalera en espiral , no tiene ventanas al exterior y en el interior se escucha todo el ruido exterior.”

“My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain.”

El aire acondicionado hizo un ruido terrible al perecer una hélice y nos rociaba agua intermitentemente por estar arriba de la cama. Pudimos dormir un poco apagando el aire varias veces y nos fuimos temprano. Gracias a Dios la pesadilla fue solo una noche. Notificamos a los dueños con videos de lo ocurrido y solo nos dieron las……

“My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here.Everything from here was driving distance but not far, Walmart and restaurants were no longer than 15 minutes away.And the town here is so quiet and serene. Beautiful environment, clean house, we loved our stay here very much.”

“Clean rooms”

“The place was clean and it was pretty good size. It was a little strange though because they lived there so their pictures were on the wall and had plastic on two of the chairs to cover them up and it just weird. The rooms were all locked except the one that they leave open for you the one that has the air conditioner and then you have to get a key for each individual room instead of them just all being open like normal doesn’t make sense why they were all locked up the bedrooms. Just kind of……

“I didnt really see any amenities but the area where is located was fantastic , everything was walking distance. Great restaurants for dinner and breakfast.”

“We had an enjoyable stay. Glad we had the whole place to ourselves. There are technically 2 rental units in the one house. The 1st unit had a kitchen with the living/dining area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one had a TV). There is door in the hallway that connects to the 2nd unit, which has a separate mini kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom (with TV). My oldest enjoyed feeling like she had her own apartment for our stay. The mini apartment unit connected to the back terrace area and the laundry.……
