Parking is the main advantage of this hotel. Convenient location for Imperial Theatre and uptown. Hotel needs refurbishing, rooms are spartan and not well cleaned. Paid extra for a harbour view but windows look like they have never been cleaned. Curtains have holes and the single chair in the room had not been vacuumed. Paid extra for breakfast but vouchers were omitted at check-in.

Room is clean but outdated, not convenient to uptown Saint John if you don’t have a vehicle. Staff not knowledgeable enough to tell you what to do or where to park if you are going to see the historic area of SJ.
