"Should do better bathroom paint job. Fresh towels were provided every 3 days, but should left extra garbage bags. Neighbors were smoking marijuana next door in the none smoking room. I wish regular breakfast was provided, such as scramble eggs, sausage, making pancakes or waffles, yogurt. We just got a breakfast bag with muffins, 2 oatmeal bags, 2 energy bars but no water or juice bottles "

"Highly recommend. It was clean, the staff was nice and it was quiet. Breakfast was good and constantly being refilled by the nice staff. Will deffinately stay again. "

"OK breakfast. Air conditioner was making a terrible loud noise the entire week. Cleaning staff skipped my room one day after I asked them to come back later because I was still in the room. The staff was friendly and the rooms were fine except the outlet I used on the light to charge my devices only worked on one side. The elevator was not working properly the last few days and would not come up to my 6th floor unless I called the front desk to send it up."

"We brought our son to Lakeland to visit a collage close by. We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to locate from the hotel. Clean and nice people work there."

"I have been staying here the past couple of years but not anymore. The staff has been friendly and accommodating in the past, but no more. I made a special request of where I wanted my room and it's always been provided, the young man running the front desk seem to have a problem with this request. I even spoke to him a few days before I got there. He was very unfriendly and did not seem to know what he was doing, I'll spend my money elsewhere."
