“The cabin is extremely well-appointed and immaculate. The only thing we wished we had was more time to enjoy it! All appliances are brand new, with plenty of hot water and the heating system kept up with the 20 degree weather without issue.The scenery is amazing and during our week-long stay we were visited by three deer a couple of times and at least 6 types of birds. We enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck as much as we did the absolute peace and quiet, which made up for the 30 minute drive...

“Had a nice vacation at this cabin. My wife and I spent 5 nights. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We are avid hikers and there is plenty of trails to visit. We added an extra day prior to our arrival and Cynthia handled it for us with no issues. She was pleasant to communicate with. Kent happened to stop by while we were on the porch. We had a pleasant conversation with him. I highly recomend this cabin for anyone who loves peace and quiet. We will return at some point.”

“As always great stay, great responsive hosts. There were 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 kids. If this cabin is designed for 6 people I would recommend the host to add 3 chairs to the dining table. Otherwise everything worked great!”

“The room was nice and clean. there were flies comming in upstairs but that is truely typical of a house of this age. The owner had asked us to pay a couple of taxes that were not listed in the price (not sure it is ethical/legal/moral) - they close by 9 or you have to pay a $50 late fee A fee - no food was availible unless you arange ahead of time. over all for a B&B style experience I was ok wth it.”

“Romantic weekend away and this cottage could not have been more perfect. Everything was as described. Beautiful sunrise into the cabin. Enjoyed the hot tub. Felt very safe and appreciated towels, soaps, coffees & tea. Only downside was the cleaning fee. ”
