This hotel was a great value for the price. It was close to what we wanted to see and we were able to walk to several sites. Staff was most helpful. Didn't opt for their dining so can't comment on that aspect.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel D in Basel. The hotel was modern, clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The only drawbacks were that the air conditioning was intermittent during our stay, and there was construction outside our window, which was a little noisy at times. Aside from those issues, everything else was great, and we would happily consider staying at Hotel D again when visiting Basel.
