My stay at La Maison des Têtes was truly magical. I absolutely loved the architecture, the history of the building, and the atmosphere of the hotel. Staying in such a beautiful and historic place made my time in Colmar even more special. Breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. The two lovely ladies who took care of me were wonderful, and their attention to the smallest details made such a difference. One morning, one of them noticed that I had some supplements with me and, without me asking, kindly offered to bring me water. It was such a simple gesture, but exactly the kind of thoughtful hospitality that makes you feel genuinely cared for. The only point I would mention is the communication regarding the Michelin starred restaurant. I received an interaction through Expedia asking whether I would like to reserve a table. I replied with a question about vegetarian options but never received a response, so I assumed the restaurant reservation would somehow be connected to my hotel booking. When I arrived, I discovered that I did not actually have a restaurant reservation. This is not a complaint at all, simply an observation that perhaps the communication between Expedia, the hotel, and the guest could be a little clearer. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I feel very fortunate to have experienced such a beautiful place, and I will remember my stay in Colmar with great affection. Thank you for making it so special.

Disapppinting. My stay at Meyerhof was excellent but they sold out and I had to move down just a few blocks down the street. This place a few blocks away was nearly empty. Now I know why. When asking the red haired girl for internet password she told me she was on the phone. Any normal front desk can put a call on hold and give a guest standing in front of them a bit of useful information. Then the bed is extremely uncomfortable and the drapes allow light in at night from nearby restaurants. Terrible sleep. The breakfast was cold eggs and meats left out without proper storage to keep them fresh. Very strange staff. Do not recommend.

Great stay

We had a great stay here. Really handy for the train station. Staff were SO friendly and helpful. Our room was a little dated, but the bathroom was new and modern. The room was so clear. Would stay again :)

Empfehlenswert.
