Great view from the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite and enjoyed the space and views over the ocean. Breakfast was expensive at €18 each per day, we just walked 5 minutes to the local bakeries and carrefour and ate in our room or on a bench by the sea.
We stayed for two nights. Our room was modern clean and comfortable. Complimentary bottle of water each. Tea and coffee with biscuits and kettle om a tray. Safe for valuables and air conditioning unit in room. Staff were welcoming and friendly on reception. Full breakfast was well worth the cost ...
Only issue with the room was the lack of hanging space. Even a few hooks at the back of the doors and in the bathroom would have helped. The safe too should be mounted on the wall rather than be located on a lvery ow shelf.
Located across the river, a short walk to town, with parking on site, and a fabulous view this is the perfect spot to visit the Basque Coast. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious and delightful on the terrace overlooking the harbor. The room was modern and nicely decorated. Great ...
We stayed for 2 nights in Biarritz as part of a tour of northern Spain/southern France. We were driving and the hotel was hard to find as there are lots of one way streets around the town. The staff were excellent and gave us good directions to the nearest car park. The room itself was tiny, (we'd ...
Most beautiful area in all of France and hotel is located to view these awesome sights. The Spa experiences and food, however, are rediculously priced. Only the very rich can experience it all.
We stayed two nights at this nice hotel on the way back to the UK from Southern Spain. Fantasticically comfortable bed in recently refurbished room. Small room and bathroom but everything needed for a short stay. Good food in restaurant and reasonably priced. Only downside was the noise from the ...
This is a traditional French style hotel which has much character and interesting aspects, such as the polished wood floors, french doors and the cast iron balustrading on the balconies. The facilities are limited, i.e. no bar, no restaurant (breakfast room only), no fitness centre. Having said that, ...
First time in Biarritz, which is hugely characterful, classy and mixed from sprightly swimming old folk to surf dudes. This is a 1970s style hotel, recently updated (in our room with new bathroom and nice big bed), well located and with parking underneath. Rooms at the front facing the road can be ...
Wonderful staff are the differentiating factor in this well located, clean, modern feeling but old building. The rooms are nicely appointed but not very spacious and it is rather pricey. Breakfast (included) was lovely and there was no extra cost if you wanted it in your room instead of in the dining ...
We stayed for 4 nights and particularly enjoyed being close to the centre and beautiful beaches of Biarritz. We had a sea view room with small balcony which was lovely. Comfortable bed and mainly helpful staff. Would have appreciated more information on directions to nearby underground car park before ...
We arrived at the hotel and greeted by a lovely lady. The hotel ensured we were comfortable and well taken care of. We only stayed the 1 night but, wished we had more time to stay.
