"This was a very nice hotel. All rooms are on one level. Was traveling with my 95-year-old mother. They gave us the room just inside the door so that was very convenient. The handicapped room was very nice. Roomy, Clean, comfortable beds, the shower was really nice. Very easy for my mother. The only thing was the bed was a little too high for my mom to get in and out of. She is in and out of bed all through the night so this was an issue. The staff was so friendly, the room was very comfortable. I would stay here again but I will bring a stepping stool for my mom next time. Just one more thing to pack to make life a little easier for her. All in all a great stay."

"Very nice and clean rooms. I didn't use the pool but it also appeared very clean and inviting. Very friendly staff. I couldn't believe they remembered me after it being almost 8 months since I last stayed here. Breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfasts! I would definitely stay here again."

"This house was very clean and comfortable and well stocked. Our whole family enjoyed our stay. I felt the price was also very reasonable. This was our first time at Calamus reservoir and we all had a blast. I also appreciated that the house was pet friendly as my dog loves the beach almost as much as I do. We all are planning another trip next year. You will not be disappointed if you stay here"
