Property was adequate for price. Rooms were clean and neat. Ruby at the front desk sealed the deal. Very nice and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Great employee! Hold on to her!

Receptionist was irritated that I questioned the rate. She was interrupted three times and took the non-emergent interruptions a priority over completing our check in. Then explained she was busy all evening. Unprofessional.

The room was terrible. May have been clean but I tried not to look too hard. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom, the shower was small, like 2x3 ft. Noisy and the area left a lot to be desired.

Credit Card Ran Twice & They Lied About It
Checking in was difficult. Even though I had booked online and had a reservation number, the clerk somehow managed to pull up my info from a job I had over 10 years ago. Later that evening, I checked my bank account to find that the room charge had been debited twice. When we questioned the front desk about it, we were assured that it had only been run once, and they gave me a receipt showing only one charge. The following morning I checked at the front desk regarding the charge and was again told it had only been run once and received another receipt. I logged into my bank account this morning to find that there were two debits and a pending credit. Why does the documentation from the hotel not show the two charges when they are definitely reflected in my account?

This hotel is not the newest hotel but it appears to be well kept by the staff. The hotel was really clean. The lady at the front desk that checked me in was kind but she didn't make a note of my request to check out at 12 pm. The pool looked really clean and enjoyable. The breakfast was good, they have hot and cold breakfast items like eggs, sausages, cereal and yogurt etc. The hotel was a bit overpriced this weekend I stayed but overall my stay was good.
