This property overcharged me $204.76 and refuses to refund my money. They stated its a completely different rate and they are giving me the run around about giving me a refund.

Undergoing renovation, hallway carpeting removed awaiting replacement. Everything freshly painted. Room had new tile, very clean and tidy.

Friendly staff, the facility is updating. The room given to us was the updated room. Very nice updates. I will frequent this Inn again, if i am in the area.

The service was good at the front desk. The hotel is under construction and there is no carpet in the hallways and the noise from traffic in the hall is very loud. I am sure things will improve once the construction is done.

Good location, more convenient and cheaper than Austin while attending the F1 GP weekend. The property seems to be preparing for some needed remodeling. Parking was limited by the container units taking up spaces. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.

We were in the handicapped room, which was right next to the housekeeping laundry room (ie. Noisy). The staff was helpful in fixing the security latch when we reported that it was jiggling and didn’t look secure. Bathroom was a bit worn (some peeling on wall area near shower). It is in a convenient spot right behind the McDonald’s.

would liked to have had notice that they were in the middle of renovations. hall carpet to rooms had been pulled up so it looked terrible. the sink would not drain in one of he 3 rooms we booked and he toilet had been disconnected in another of the 3. Only good thing I can say was to clerk was very nice and the bed comfortable. The breakfast would have been better had the creamer for the coffee had not been empty and or they offered to replace the empty creamer, but did not.

Great location. Overall customer oriented staff. There were some deficiencies (loose shower head, door mirror area needs some paint, water spout in the bathtup loose and leaks) that need to be corrected in the bathroom of the room (209) that we stay. Receptionoist on shift was notified. Main hallway (second floor) out of the rooms need completion (replacement of carpet). Concrete surface is rough for customers that use some kind of luggage w/wheels. Anything else was more than fine. I will returned and use the property in my next visit. By the way super rates the best that weekend in town.

Nikki made check in very easy. Great location. Facility is due for an update, however; they are aware and have the signs posted of the pending changes. Clean facility. Conveniently located to every thing.

Property was adequate for price. Rooms were clean and neat. Ruby at the front desk sealed the deal. Very nice and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Great employee! Hold on to her!

Thank goodness I pre-paid for the room. We checked in at 7 p.m. and was told they didn't have any rooms available. We had already pre-paid so they gave us a room someone hadn't checked into yet. The desk clerk had to call his manager to find out what to do. While standing there, he told her that there were 4 rooms that were not cleaned... Very unprofessional.

The room was terrible. May have been clean but I tried not to look too hard. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom, the shower was small, like 2x3 ft. Noisy and the area left a lot to be desired.

Credit Card Ran Twice & They Lied About It
Checking in was difficult. Even though I had booked online and had a reservation number, the clerk somehow managed to pull up my info from a job I had over 10 years ago. Later that evening, I checked my bank account to find that the room charge had been debited twice. When we questioned the front desk about it, we were assured that it had only been run once, and they gave me a receipt showing only one charge. The following morning I checked at the front desk regarding the charge and was again told it had only been run once and received another receipt. I logged into my bank account this morning to find that there were two debits and a pending credit. Why does the documentation from the hotel not show the two charges when they are definitely reflected in my account?

This hotel is not the newest hotel but it appears to be well kept by the staff. The hotel was really clean. The lady at the front desk that checked me in was kind but she didn't make a note of my request to check out at 12 pm. The pool looked really clean and enjoyable. The breakfast was good, they have hot and cold breakfast items like eggs, sausages, cereal and yogurt etc. The hotel was a bit overpriced this weekend I stayed but overall my stay was good.

This was literally the most negative overall experience I have EVER had, given what happened during my five-day stay. The toilet didn't flush, and they could never fix it properly. The internet connection was terrible, and it expires every 24 hours, forcing one to re-enter the site. I could not get reception during the final three days of my stay. The breakfast was minimalist at best. In short, this place absolutely SUCKS! This is a travesty: a DUMP like this charging $119/night!

GROSS stay
We checked in looking forward to a relaxing stay but were met with really gross rooms. The first room we were given had no toilet paper and there was hair and bugs on the bathroom floor. Gross. We moved to a second room which had hair in the shower and on the floor, dead bugs in the room, AND the previous guest's underclothing in the night stand next to the bed. GROSS
