"There is a digital check in at the property, no front desk staff. Check in is a bit confusing but be sure to check your hotel confirmation email for check out procedures (I didn't). "Je trouve très dommage qu’un jour de canicule, je n’aie pas été logé ailleurs que sous les combles. Il n’y avait pas de clim et la chaleur était étouffante. L’hôtel n’était pas plein et il est certains que d’autres chambres étaient dispo. J’aurais apprécié que le réceptionniste fasse preuve de discernement et de bon sens. L’hôtel reste néanmoins recommandable car le reste est ok. Il conviendrait aussi de changer la tête de lit de la chambre que j’ai occupé qui était très usée. "

Er werd door receptie direct actie ondernomen en we kregen de juiste toegangskaarten. De bedden zijn prima. Alleen jammer dat de kamers een beetje koel waren. Het was -8 graden buiten, dus daar zal het wel aan gelegen hebben. Verder prima hotel om te overnachten."
