“There are better places to stay in Bathurst. Unfortunately, I had a death in my family and needed to adjust my travel dates to attend the funeral. The hotel initially told me they could not accommodate the change because I had prepaid through Expedia. However, after speaking with Expedia directly, Expedia contacted the hotel manager, who confirmed that the hotel was simply choosing to enforce its policy rather than accommodate the request. What made this especially disappointing was that rooms……
