Our stay was disappointing. Breakfast was poorly stocked with no toaster available and no hot water left for tea or coffee. For a large three-story hotel, having only one washer and two dryers for all guests wasn’t enough. We waited because someone left their laundry in the washer, and the front desk said they couldn’t help. On our last morning, the fire alarm went off around 6:30 a.m., waking everyone, including families with young children. We were told this had happened several times recently due to guests smoking or children pressing the alarm. It was frustrating since we had already lost sleep waiting for laundry and were facing a 16-hour drive back to Ontario. I was also charged an extra $16 at checkout compared to my Expedia booking. Even after showing my reservation, I was told it was the hotel’s charge and paid it to avoid delaying our trip. I’ve booked through Expedia many times and have never had this issue before.

Room was clean and air conditioner worked great and was nice and cool when arrived. Staff were accommodating and we had a drive up suite which was very convenient. Breakfast was your normal breakfast. Did miss the waffle maker that most hotels have. Only thing to complain about would be the driveway into the hotel is terrible, big pot holes and some all around the hotel could use some fixing up. Would stay there again and recommend to others.
