    1) Guest must use front electric gate. Gate is button operated. DO NOT PUSH, PULL OR STAND ON GATE - IT WILL BREAK!

    2) Fire place inside house is currently not operating. Must not be used

    3) Fire pit outside can be used but fire must be put out every time after use.

    4) Additional charges for any damages or uncleanliness left after stay.
