What a great place for a family get together. The rooms were very comfortable and Max and his team went out of their way to make us feel at home. The room WIFI wasn't working (important to international travelers). After 30 minutes of trying, went to the front desk, where they said it wasn't working. They did give us the staff login, but I thought this was something that could have been mentioned at check-in.
