The hotel staff are friendly and very accommodating. We had a pregnant woman in our group and the chef and servers were happy to adjust their menu for her. We found that really nice of them. They offer guided stand up paddle on the loboc river which we did and both the guide and the waterfall didn’t fall short. We had a driver given by the hotel Alvin, he was great! Very responsible and patient with us. We would definitely come back to retreat from the busy city and be surrounded by nature and peace.
