“Friendly”

“Rooms were ok. Nothing fancy but air con, bathroom and two double beds. Food was not good, beef tapa very dry. + for free coffee. Location is good, a but steep to walk there from main road but since we had a car no problems. Staff were friendly and helpful. Laundryservice fast, cheap and efficient. Never tried the pool.”

“Pros: I like the room/cottage style; it's quiet; there's a swimming pool; there's a big garden for relaxing. Cons: The location is a bit away from the city center (quite difficult for public transportation); bad WiFi connection Suggestions for improvements: types of mosquito next use in the room (not the round one but the square one); lower the price of the transportation service.”

“I really didn’t understand how this place was rated a 10 by previous guests. The attendants or owner that work there were rude except for the cook lady. The young boy and the young girl were rude about parking even though our driver was only dropping us off and he will park on the allotted parking place which not even paved. The atmosphere itself was not welcoming. There was no place for front desk. When we got there no one came to welcome us, we had to search ourselves to find someone to……

“位于白岛对面，酒店也提供船过去白岛，硬件条件也算是岛上比较好的一家了。但是我们一行4个家庭在这个酒店的经历实在是让人很不高兴 1. 我们在酒店吃饭的时候丢钱了，酒店只会敷衍，根本不作为，最终没有把钱找回来，虽然我们没有直接证据，但很大的概率指向酒店内部员工。 2. 我们有三间房间是通过酒店邮件预订的，因此还打了一笔国际转账作为定金，这笔定金酒店没有按照当时的汇率结算，而是打了8.5折左右，询问为什么这样，根本说不清楚，一会儿说是岛上汇率有差别，一会儿说银行就给他们入账了这么多，但实际上他们无法确认哪一笔明细是来自于我的转账，而他们每天都能收到不同国家的很多人的转账。 3. 第四天晚上不知道为何酒店三楼和四楼地板上有大量的臭虫，密度大概是一平方米30个，实在是头皮发麻，被吓了一大跳，臭虫还爬到了椅子上，晒在外面的衣服上。 4.……

“Staff was okay but they close very early and open very late. The owner was not there,only one boy and one girl. Stay there before but don’t renovate and don’t take care”

“Everything was perfect. Most stand out part was the front desk lady. She will help you with anything and everything. This is not the only instance but I went on a major hike, got heat exhaustion and was puking. She went to the store for me to get fruit and electrolytes for me and refused a tip❤️ What an amazing place with amazing people. 100000/10”
