"Overall stay was pretty convenient. It's a few steps from the beach, but make sure to be dropped off on site if you can, because it ruined my suitcase from being dragged from the parking area to the hotel and back. The pool could use a bit of thorough cleaning, but we still enjoyed it. We stayed in a family room, and it was very comfortable for a pax of 8\. We will stay again."

"The resort was really nice. Surrounded with beautiful trees. It’s so green. Nice place for relaxation. The staff were great. The place alone is five stars. My only complaint was there was no access to the beach. You have to walk a quarter of a mile with some rocky road to get there "

"There are two hotels on the property, the Hennan Alona and Hennan Tawala. We stayed at the Tawala, but beach access is through the Alona's beach club. We were told we couldn’t use their pool or most beach facilities. With our flight delayed by more than 3 hours, the hotel told us that upon checkout, we could walk around the property, but not go in the pool or beach. It’s nearly 90 degrees out so we walk around in the hot sun, or sit in the lobby. And they made sure to disconnect the WiFi the moment they processed the checkout and the hotel doesn’t offer free WiFi in the common areas. BTW, the coffee is terrible and the buffet breakfast is mostly bland food that isn’t even really warm, even though they’re under heat lamps to in chafing pans. Potato wedges and omelettes were basically room temp. None are made to order. You’re better off going off property for breakfast, even though they included it in the room price. The staff is always super friendly and polite, they get a 5 star rating. The hotel itself, maybe a 3\. "

"Initially, had an issue with the AC unit in my room and toilet was clogged. I requested a room transfer from the front desk staff and they promptly moved me to another room with better AC unit. Our rooms are directly in front of the beach making the view both for sunrise and sunset surreal. All the staffs of the resort were hospitable and warm when they welcomed us. I would just want to request for some good music in the dinning and pool area as it improves the mood and atmosphere. Also, if the resort can make sure that the beach front is always cleaned. My niece found a broken glass in the sand, and it made us worry for safety reason. Overall, I and my family had a great time in the resort even though it was just for a night. The restaurant menu and portion of servings was adequate and prices are reasonable. (please change the high chair for the kids - my nephew fell to the floor because it was broken) The rooms we were assigned to were well maintained. Loved the Massage service and area offered as well (better if the massage beds were more sturdy.. hehe), you have option to do the massage in your room though. The swimming pools are clean with 3 different depths (3ft, 4ft and 5ft) which I am truly happy because the children we were with had so much fun. They also offer day tours around Anda, Bohol (which we were not able to avail due to the limited time that we have). I would highly recommend staying in this resort and will surely come back again."

"It was a great stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing was the ants in the room and the slow toilet flush. But overall a great stay with our baby. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff was again very friendly. The view of the beach was great and a lot of food nearby and massages! Will visit again."
