The location, the view and amenities were great! However, staff and service, definitely need to work to improve. Always waiting for towels. Took forever to take order or bring food. Very frustrating experience!

В этом отеле прекрасно только местоположение. Окружающая природа завораживает! Это великолепные виды! На этом положительный отзыв закончен. В отеле абсолютно отсутствует сервис! Все разрушено! Полный бардак! За два пребывания в отеле трижды отключали воду или она была коричневого цвета! В номере периодически не работал интернет и однажды пропало электричество! Это произошло в середине дня. В номере с панорамным остеклением с неработающим кондиционером неплохо бы было разместить управляющего отеля! В тренажерном зале поломаны абсолютно ВСЕ тренажеры! Персонал невежлив и ленив. Везде грязь! Бассейн нижний представляет из себя болото!!! В барах нет половины заявленных напитков! Вы можете себе представить, что в баре в грузинском отеле вообще нет вина? Категорически не рекомендуем здесь останавливаться!!! Менеджера отеля и все руководство необходимо немедленно уволить с волчьим билетом !
