All i can say is, if you book there, double check a couple times before you go that you're actually registered as a guest. I booked and paid for a three month reservation last April, got there June 1 and they had overbooked. Had to find alternate accommodation.

Otel gayet güzel. Yeni batum tarafında orbi city binasında. Eski batuma 2 kilometre. Tek sorum günlük temizlenmiyor. Resepsiyonda Valery ve eşi İrina çok anlayışlı. İyi insanlar.

Хороший хостел на первой линии городского пляжа г. Батуми. Номера гостиничного типа на 5 человек в видом на море в рок стилистике различных музыкальных групп. Просторно, оригинально и со вкусом. Номера комфортные со всеми удобствами. Аудиосистема, плазма, чайник, собственный санузел. Рекомендую к проживанию.

Отличное сочетание по соотношению цена-качество

Путешествовал один не в сезон, отель оправдал ожидания. Из плюсов: Наличие теплого пола и кондиционера помогло быстро обогреть помещение, несмотря на промозглую погоду за окном. Интересный дизайн, в отеле есть своя изюминка- что видно из названия - рок отель. Мебель довольно новая, санузел чистый, горячая вода с проточного накопителя постоянна. Из минусов - наверно расположение не самое центровое от Старого Батуми, где большинство достопримечательностей (но легко можно добраться на автобусе и такси) Окна с северной стороны выходят прямо на страшную старую девятиэтажку (но это не вина отеля, может когда то руки у города дойдут до старых домов) Несмотря на это, могу смело рекомендовать отель для отдыха и проживания

The "hotel" is a rented out floor of a semi decent building, which has a lot of other things going on. The location is close to the beach and has several taxis outside waiting for you. I applaud whoever took the pictures and portrayed them correctly.
