Private enclosed garden of 100 m² with a terrace and sun loungers. Two mountain bikes are available. Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room, and separate WC. Upstairs: one attic bedroom (queen-size bed). Amenities included: Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, cot/high chair/baby bath. All-inclusive: electric heating, electricity, bed linen (beds made), and towels/household linen. Tourist tax is extra. Le Croisic 4 km, Le Pouliguen 6 km, Guérande 8 km. Welcome and key handover by the owners Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival: \- End-of-stay cleaning: €64.66 per stay Property managed by a professional.
