"It is a great location with a great view of the lake. House needs a lot of work, side door handle falls off and every window crank falls off as well. Bed mattress had a large yellow urine stain and house smelled musty. There is no AC we wanted to open up windows however some of the rooms did not have any and with the rooms that did have windows they would not open without the crank falling off. Living room was pleasant with big windows to see the lake but the north and south windows did not have...
