“Good communication to check our arrival time as we didn’t realise check-in closed at 6.30 pm on this particular day, instead of 8pm. The room was clean, comfortable, roomy & we enjoyed the spa bath. The only mini gripe (which I forgot to mention to them) was there was no milk for a cuppa. There was nowhere close by open to buy milk at that time of night. Aside from that, I would stay again.”
