I had a clean room and clean bathroom. The staff were great and super friendly. The property, however, needs some tlc. There were several places in the hallway where water damage had not been fixed and the walls were cracked.

11 month old grandson was crawling around the room and his knees where so dirty. Maybe vacuum or wash carpet once in awhile. Air conditioner made annoying sounds and toilet making weird noises. Breakfast was good. Staff was ok. It would of been nice to get in room little bit earlier when driving all night with a 11 month old.it was ok stay but have had better stay with a little more money and staff is willing to accommodate you.

Room clean and cool. Only issue we had was the door made so much noise opening and closing—- thought we were waking the whole floor. Needed a little wd-40. Front desk managers was short handed BUT did an amazing job taking care of everything —- checkin-out, breakfast refills. She deserves recognition. We stayed in room 317.

"When I arrived there was no water which also meant no hot water. Also informed that propane would be delivered that evening. The host responded with excuses and the cleaner came to check it out and discovered the water meter was locked. At about 9pm the water was turned on. Still no hot water. The ..."
