Great place in LBI! It was clean, updated and had a nice pool. The location was great as well. There is no restaurant or bar but there are places right next store.
Property was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful recommending places to eat and visit and the heated pool was an excellent amenity to have on colder days
The room was very clean Ias it is not cleaned daily I asked for towels to be dropped off and the garbages to be dumped. Those things were taken care of however there was no body wash in the shower and no extra toilet paper. Aside from that, we did enjoy our stay and we'll definitely be back.
the hotel is a renovation, and it has all the right elements for a great beach vacation
on the beach side but can easily see the bay. Get to the downtown area in a few minutes.
the rooms are up to date and uses the space in the room right down to the last inch. the air conditioning could use an upgrade and they might what to put a few more lights in the room, but overall it works for a family of 4. or a couple
the pool is great for the end of day after the beach and the staff is extremely friendly
Walking distance to the beach, friendly staff, pool table, and very comfortable room. Couldn’t ask for a better place for the price I paid! Definitely recommend!
Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, heated pool was great and the rooftop balcony was awesome. Really the only downside is there’s no washer/dryer so I had to take it to a laundromat off the island.

Liked: Cleanliness
This hotel has been redone beautifully. The rooftop area is a nice spot to watch a sunset. The pool area was also very nice. Our only complaints were that they ran out of towels and the cleaning staff had left our room door ajar all day. We asked for the room to be serviced the day before. We were never notified and came back after a day on the beach and were told they were out of towels. We stayed for a week. 4 people in one room. We had to dry our selves w a hand towel. This is unacceptable. Staff attempted to give excuses and reasons as to why there were no towels, but for the price you charge a basic necessity like a bath towel is inexcusable in my opinion. I asked for a manager to call me I wanted to speak to someone about this and the unlocked room. Nobody ever called.
2/5 Stars
The Boulevard Hotel has a charming aesthetic and a great location, but the experience simply doesn’t live up to the “elevated luxury” brand it promotes.
Our room had a persistent musty, moldy smell from the moment we walked in, and it was much smaller than expected. The air conditioning was another frustration—it either blasted icy air or didn’t cool the room enough. Since one of the beds sits directly next to the AC unit, whoever sleeps there gets cold air blowing on them all night. We ended up using the fan setting and even propped a pillow on a chair to block the airflow.
Service was probably the biggest disappointment. The front desk staff rarely acknowledged us when we approached and seemed inconvenienced by basic requests like extra towels or toilet paper. Because there is no daily housekeeping, these requests are inevitable, yet we were made to feel as though we were asking for something unreasonable. There wasn’t even a backup roll of toilet paper in the room upon arrival.
Communication also fell short. At check-in, no one mentioned the rooftop lounge, pool table, or that guests have access to the sister property’s pool and hot tub. We only learned about those amenities later, which was unfortunate because they would have added value to our stay.
The icing on the cake was receiving an email announcing a new $25-per-night fee to “maintain the consistent elevated luxury level of experience.” After our stay, that statement honestly made us laugh. Luxury is
Hotel was great for a long weekend with 3 kids, the room was ready within 20 minutes of arriving and although there were no bath towels in our room, they were delivered promptly. We will stay again.
