Renovations/updates from previous stays are gorgeous from bottom to top. Added roof top deck as well. Staff is friendly, kind and helpful with any question you may have. For us the new beds weren't super comfortable but not horrible, but if you like a very firm mattress you will love it! Definitely will return.

The boulevard has so much potential. It is an updated boutique hotel but the wallpaper in our room was peeling off and no one seemed concerned. If I’m paying $450 for one night I’d expect some kind of response to that. Either moving our room or offering a discount to stay in the room with issues. The hotel also doesn’t have an ice machine or 24/7 front desk. The sister hotel that handles everything and that you can use is a 45 minute walk from this hotel which isn’t really convenient. The hotels roof top is gorgeous and I wish they threw a little bar up there even if they just offered a few things. Playing music by the pool and roof top as a volume people could actually hear would have been great too. We did enjoy our stay but I definitely think this property has so much more to offer than it is.

The photos online were very deceiving. We had the family bunk room which sounds large but is your standard room with a bunk above the queen beds. You do not get any room cleaning or items daily unless you ask. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was nice.

I rarely do surveys but l feel l should do this, on a whole the hotel was clean & staff very nice, but as far as the room goes, first bathroom very, very small, when you open the door it hits the toilet seat, also very awkward getting into the shower, the room was nice, coffee machine, microwave, small fridge, two nice queen beds, but for the life of me why would anyone put the beds right by the air conditioner, it blew on us all night, l finally had to turn it off and open the sliding glass door which isn't really a solution, and finally what hotel/motel doesn't have a ice machine, for what we paid per night l don't think l would stay here again.

Great hotel, need 24/7 front desk staff
The Boulevard is a beautiful hotel! We loved our stay here. The only downs side is when I booked through Hotels.com it said 4pm check in. Luckily we got there right at 4 because their front desk staff leaves at 4pm and doesn’t arrive back until the following morning. The front doors to the hotel lock for this reason, but we were a little worried we could lock ourselves out.

Overall this is a beautiful property! It seems to have been recently remodeled. It felt fresh and clean. Beds were comfortable, nice amenities, and the pool was perfect. We did have an issue with the TV which we needed maintenance to fix and it was resolved - I guess just check the TV when you arrive if that’s important to you. There was also an issue with the AC unit, but that was in the middle of the night. It was eventually figured out but just make sure it’s on when you arrive. I’d come back to this location again and love how close it is to restaurants and shopping.
