Very disappointed that a lot of the room materials were torn. The headboard was completely torn and some of the curtains The carpet in the main entry was dirty and torn which made the initial stay of the hotel worrisome before we got to the room. There were also homeless people trying to steal bags upon our entry to check in. The hotel was noisy inside and we were close to the elevators - but could not be avoided. Our stay was great overall though and the gentleman on the front desk was amazing!!!

We had a great stay at LHotel. We arrived early after flying all night, the staff were very accommodating and got our room ready as soon as possible. We also were given an up grade, what a great surprise. The room was big, clean with comfortable beds. Excellent location. I would stay again.

Unfortunately, I left with mixed feelings about our stay. Before arriving, I wish the check-in instructions had been clearer. The property was difficult to locate because there was very little signage, and finding the entrance was confusing. Our first impression of the building was disappointing. There was garbage and several empty liquor bottles outside, and the lobby had an unpleasant odor and appeared to need better upkeep. Throughout our stay, we never saw anyone at the front desk, so getting assistance always required a phone call. The biggest issue was the crib we requested for our baby. I requested it through Expedia several months before our stay, but it wasn't in the room when we arrived. After calling, I was told it would be delivered shortly. We waited several hours, only to be informed around 10:00 p.m. that it wouldn't be available until the following day. Traveling with a baby, this was extremely stressful and disappointing. The apartment itself, however, was beautiful. It was clean, modern, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. The location was also excellent, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within walking distance. Overall, the apartment and location were great, but better communication before arrival, cleaner common areas, more visible staff, and better follow-through on guest requests would make a significant difference.
