Private luxurious apartment/Studio with Bose surrounding music system, at the back of a new construction (guest suite). Everything is private, nothing is shared, private washer/ dryer (2 in one), private entrance, private bathroom kitchen and private patio. Safe place (working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors) with all amenities brand new. Close to University of Delaware ,Christiana Hospital and Christiana Mall.

Spacious private apartment in a newly built house. Extremely clean and comforting.

Wonderful place to stay
Quiet neighborhood. Our room had everything one could ask for. All kitchen appliances. Clothes washer/ dryer, dishes, cups, glasses, etc. Even a selection of water, sodas, and chips to snack on. Beds were comfortable, plenty of TV show options too. Great place for an extended stay.

Weekend stay while visiting University of Delaware
Our stay in Bear was very nice. The apartment was well stocked and very clean. The location was in a very nice neighborhood and my wife enjoyed jogging in the morning. Plenty of access to nearby grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies/convenience stores. Uber trips to UD were also convenient and it was a 15-20 ride to campus. We would stay here again.
