“You should explain to customers clearly about car park because you have to pay for and how to pay! So unhelpful for the staff who is in the front. I understand that we have self check in but why did you have front staff there for. Security speak very bad to us about car park. Not good communication. We are book for 4 nights but when first we check in and then we check out straightaway. We feeling bad about this building and never think to go back to stay there again! We are paying to stay there……

“you can walk to BTS around 15mins, it is acceptable. Or you may take the motor bike to shorter the distance then walk to BTS, nearby BigC. Overall it is a good place to stay, check in and check out very easy. ”
