Very good budget option, good value, check in good

Overall an excellent stay, room was good so was check in including accommodating dogs. I have scored low on service mainly because of the overnight porter/reception attendant. Twice on leaving and entering the hotel to let dogs relieve themselves including 5am there was absolutely no acknowledgement to our greeting to him or even eye contact to either my partner or myself which we both felt was rude and not very good for customer service. The other staff at check in and morning breakfast were nice and friendly which perhaps made his attitude stand out more. Another positive was despite the hotel being very busy our room was extremely quiet and we slept well

This is what you will describe as very much on a budget hotel. No hair dryer, no cups in a room, etc. However, they have a bike storage and even though they don’t speak English, they try to help as much as possible.

Property was old and all areas were cramped. Room was only just big enough for a double bed with not much room on each side. Very small room indeed. On the plus side - the shower was good.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbaren Nähe zur Autobahn und wird von Familien, vor allem mit Kleinkindern genutzt. Das Personal ist spitze!!! Sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und für den Preis auf jeden Fall gut im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Zimmer sind einfach, mit einem Fernseher und einem Bad ausgestattet. Ich kann nur von unserem Zimmer 201 sprechen Die Matratzen wiesen Flecken auf, was einfach nur ekelhaft war. An dem Innenrollo sind Flecken unbekannter Herkunft (sehen aber nicht anders aus, wie die Flecken auf der Matratze). Es stinkt nach Fäkalien. Ob dies von der Matratze kommt oder dem Abfluss, kann nicht gesagt werden. Auch wenn das Personal und Frühstück super waren, kommen wir nicht wieder wegen den Matratzen. Ich finde es bei 100 Euro eine Frechheit.
