" The location is great, very close to the CDG shuttle, and there's a Monoprix right outside the entrance where you can buy food (but be aware it might close after 9 PM). Next door is the airport bus stop, with many buses going directly to the nearby Aeroville mall (which has a great supermarket). The room was a standard IBIS hotel, perfectly adequate. The highlight was the many wonderful lounge areas downstairs near the lobby, and the cafe next door even had a free microwave, perfect for reheating refrigerated lunch boxes bought at the airport. Oh, and there's also the Iwall virtual interactive game on the first floor, which was fun to watch many children playing. These are two key points that give IBIS a perfect score. Also, I'd like to add a point that other travelers might be interested in: luggage storage costs 12 euros per day. I didn't leave my luggage there. One drawback is that the hairdryer in the bathroom is difficult to use. Although the air is hot enough, the handle becomes extremely hot and cannot be used. "

When we checked in at 3 PM, our room wasn’t even ready. We went to the room with our key card only to find a cleaner still working in the bathroom. The bed sheets weren’t laid, and the pillowcases hadn’t been put on. The front desk didn’t offer to change our room either — they just told us to wait in the hallway with our luggage. When we finally entered the room, we found hair on the pillowcases and discovered there was no shower gel in the bathroom. Luckily, we had brought our own. That day in Paris was very hot, and the room’s air conditioning was broken. We reported it to the front desk. The first time, they said it should be fine now — but nothing changed. I reported it again and asked for a room change, but the staff member responded rudely, even shouting at me and saying there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked. We were forced to endure the heat and couldn’t fall asleep until midnight.This was a truly terrible experience. We will never stay at this hotel again! "
