This 4 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath cottage is situated on the 9th hole of the Great Waters course. With golf views from tee to green, Lake Oconee provides a great backdrop to this challenging hole. Sit on the screen porch for morning coffee on wine down the afternoon soaking in the surroundings. Bring your boat (or rent one for the day) and tie up at the dock across the fairway from the cottage.

The home features a fully furnished kitchen with and open floorplan, an additional living/work space upstairs, bedding to sleep 8 comfortably and has a full-size washer & dryer.
