We had a smiling face greet us at check in. We needed an extra pillow and towels and they promptly got them for us with a smile. The room was extremely clean. There is fresh coffee and hot breakfast each morning We were once again greeted with a smile and asked for feedback good or bad at checkout. ...

The elevator was out our entire trip. My 91 year old father had to take the stairs up and down to and from the room. This limited his ability to fully enjoy our trip because he avoided going on most of our outings. At least the front desk was able to move our room one flight down.

The house was roomy and loved the old floors. It was close to downtown and Liberty. Neighborhood seems pretty safe. Beds wer comfy and master bath was big, needs better lighting. Kitchen was all we needed. Host was great at answering questions quickly. We would stay here again.
