Place was fine, clean, really big room that we stayed in, walked up the stairs. Restaurant onsite looked busy but we didn’t try it. Quiet. You will need a car to access anything.

Bega Downs is perfect for a stop when traveling to the far south coast of NSW. It’s clean, carpet is in good condition and bed was comfortable. Good launching pad with towns like Tathra and Merimbula within 25 minutes

Good mattress for a good night's sleep. Darkening blinds and curtains, good heating and cooling, microwave, fridge and coffee facilities. But no bikkies 😕Close to shops and cafes. Not easily accessible for those with wheeled mobility aids though. Not much of a view. Drab boring interior, not even a picture on the wall, and the onsite restaurant was closed.... BUT it is only just under new management so give it a chance. I slept well and was quite comfortable for 3 nights. Lovely hot showers, all bathroom needs on pump packs on walls including shaving cream. And that comfy mattress was lovely!
