  • Cosy terraced house located 2 km from Sa Riera beach and just 3 minutes from the centre of Begur.
    The property is distributed over two levels. The main floor offers a living-dining room with access to a covered terrace, a guest toilet, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with access to a rear patio.
    The upper floor comprises two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace.
    The property includes a garage.
    Communal garden with swimming pool (10 x 6 metres) shared by a total of 14 properties.
    Fantastic views of the sea and the Medes Islands.
