We stayed at the Madison Hotel for over 3 weeks we found the staff to be excellent and so caring and accommodating. The air conditioning was great during our stay so important as the weather was very hot during in July and August. Hotel was close to so many resturants, grocery stores, coffee shops and beaches. Diffently will come back and stay again.

The hotel is very old and overpriced for what it offers. The gym is very poor, with only two machines, and neither of them is working. Its different than the pictures.

The area of the hotel is the best thing. The staff don’t pickup phone. Electricity went away 5 times and no water for 2 hours. The rooms are big but furniture is old like 25 years old and heavily used. There are better options for same price as area is fine.

The property was decent. The air conditioning barely worked and being there in the August heat was very tough. The fridge barely made the water cold. We had to get our own water as the hotel did not provide any bottles. There was a kettle to make coffee but no coffee to make. Otherwise, the hotel was decent with an alright breakfast. Not sure I would stay there again though.

Great location

The hotel is nice. It is a great location. Close to the old soul area. The hotel itself has some minor issues. There was a little algae around the pool. The room was clean overall but there was no water amenity. The breakfast was not great.
