Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Nice spa although the pool area was a bit chilly! Nice staff but service in the bar is quite slow. Got a fabulous welcome gift which was much appreciated!

Hotel nice but had to check in 1.5hours late due to not having the room ready. Only thing offered to us in that time was a complimentary tea, coffee or water. Food was all just ovened and felt heated up - Not particularly fresh. Room itself was nice.

Booked this Hotel due to the online comments Was not dissappointed at all Hotel was in a great location for exploring Hotel was modern and spotlessly clean staff was pleasent and welcoming there was no issues that the staff would not go to. Absolutely beautifully property. Large gorgeously appointed and quiet rooms. The staff were super friendly and the meals on site were awesome. Definitely a lovely place to stay for a few nights and unwind.

Very disrespectful employee at the front desk charged me 3 times more then what was booked. Bus Istvan representative at the front desk was very disrespectful and charged me extra for things not mentioned. It was a very bad experience I do not recommend it.
