I had knee surgery recently and a HOT TUB was my priority--doctors orders. We arrived Thursday and they told us the hot tub was not working but would be fixed on Friday. It was not. "Charming little hotel in the perfect area of Santa Barbara to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. The room was a bit dusty but otherwise well-maintained. As other reviews mentioned, it was noisy at night so bring earplugs. Lovely, historic place though, and we will be back."
