    The Space:

    Stay in this spacious 2-bedroom penthouse in East Village Belfast, designed to offer a comfortable and well-appointed stay for up to 6 guests.



    The apartment features two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area, making it ideal for families, small groups, or business stays.

    The open-plan living area is bright and spacious, with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV — perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The sofa converts into a bed for additional guests.



    Kitchen & dining

    The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, cookware, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.



    Bedrooms

    Both bedrooms feature double beds with comfortable mattresses and quality bed linens. The master bedroom also includes a dressing table and additional storage.

    The apartment is located within a residential building on the penthouse floor and accessed via lift or stairs.



    Guest Access:

    Guests have full private access to the entire apartment, including the two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living area.



    The property is accessed via self check-in. On the morning of your arrival, your assigned Property Manager will send full check-in instructions once your check-in form has been completed. Please ensure this is completed in advance, as access details cannot be released without it.



    The apartment is located within a residential building of only 11 apartments - all under our management. A lift is available for access to the middle and top floors.

    East Village Apartments are located just outside Belfast city centre, offering excellent value compared to many central listings while still being within easy reach of all the main attractions.



    The area is a typical inner-city Belfast neighbourhood — practical, well connected, and convenient for getting around. The city centre, restaurants, and nightlife are all just a short taxi or bus ride away.



    Lanyon Place station is around a 10-minute walk, providing easy access to rail connections, and there are regular bus routes nearby.



    A short walk away is Templemore Baths, a beautifully restored Victorian bathhouse featuring a modern swimming pool, gym, and spa facilities.

    East Village Apartments are well connected to Belfast city centre and surrounding areas.

    The city centre is just a short taxi or bus ride away (typically 5–10 minutes), making it quick and affordable to reach Belfast’s main attractions, restaurants, and nightlife.



    Lanyon Place railway station is approximately a 10-minute walk from the apartments, providing easy access to regional rail connections.



    Public transport is easily accessible, with regular bus routes nearby. Taxis are also readily available, and the local company Value Cabs has an app and typically offers the best availability.



    For those driving, free on-street parking is available on Templemore Avenue, close to the entrance.

    • What’s included

    Towels, linens, and basic toiletries are provided.



    • Check-in & arrival

    Standard check-in is from 3pm. Please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, as we are not based on-site.



    Early check-in may be available on request (subject to cleaning schedule) — £30. The only way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.



    • Check-out

    Late check-out may be available on request — £30. To guarantee a late check-out, please book an additional night.



    • Sleeping arrangements

    The apartment includes two bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 guests + 2 guests) and a sofa bed in the living room (for bookings of 5–6 guests).

    Extra linens for the sofa bed are included for bookings of 5–6 guests. For bookings of 1–4 guests, additional linens can be provided on request (£40).



    • During your stay

    Mid-stay cleaning (including fresh linens and towels) is available for £90.



    • Infants

    A travel cot can be provided for one infant (£40 per stay, up to 1 week).



    • Pre check-in requirements

    After booking, you’ll receive a short check-in form requesting ID and arrival details. This must be completed at least 24 hours before arrival.



    • Location

    The apartment offers excellent value compared to city-centre listings and is a short taxi or bus ride from Belfast’s main attractions. As with many central locations, some street noise can be expected.



    • Parking

    Free on-street parking is available on Templemore Avenue (both sides of the road, no restrictions).



    Interaction with Guests:

    This is a self check-in property. On the morning of your arrival, your assigned Property Manager will send full check-in instructions, once your check-in form has been completed.
