Discover the vibrant neighborhood surrounding our apartment, ideally situated just a 20-minute walk from Belfast City Centre, with convenient bus links available right outside the building for easy access. Explore the local scene with a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, alongside a handy Tesco supermarket. Attractions such as the SSE Arena, Titanic Belfast, W5, Waterfront Hall, and Ulster Rugby are easily accessible. For leisure, enjoy the recently renovated Victorian pool and spa at Templemore Baths, a mere 2-minute walk away. Food enthusiasts can indulge in Belfast's renowned St. George's Market, also within walking distance. Both Belfast City Airport (10-minute drive) and Belfast International Airport (30-minute drive) are easily reachable. For local travel, utilize the bus stop next to the building or opt for Uber or the Value Cabs app for taxis.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Lanyon Place train station is a convenient 10-minute walk away, serving as a key hub for Northern Ireland Railways. From here, you can easily access destinations such as Bangor, Holywood, City Airport, Newry (Mourne Mountains), Portrush (Beach), Derry-Londonderry, Dublin, and other locations. A bus stop is located just a 1-minute walk from the building entrance, providing easy access to local bus routes. Free street parking is readily available on Templemore Avenue. For taxi services, Uber is available, but we also recommend using the local Value Cabs app.

Towels, linens, and basic toiletries are provided.  
  
• Check-in & arrival  
  
Standard check-in is from 3pm. Please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, as we are not based on-site.  
  
Early check-in may be available on request (subject to cleaning schedule) — £30\. The only way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.  
  
• Check-out  
  
Late check-out may be available on request — £30\. To guarantee a late check-out, please book an additional night.  
  
• Sleeping arrangements  
  
The apartment includes two bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 guests + 2 guests) and a sofa bed in the living room (for bookings of 5–6 guests).  
  
Extra linens for the sofa bed are included for bookings of 5–6 guests. For bookings of 1–4 guests, additional linens can be provided on request (£40).  
  
• During your stay  
  
Mid-stay cleaning (including fresh linens and towels) is available for £90.  
  
• Infants  
  
A travel cot can be provided for one infant (£40 per stay, up to 1 week).  
  
• Pre check-in requirements  
  
After booking, you’ll receive a short check-in form requesting ID and arrival details. This must be completed at least 24 hours before arrival.  
  
• Location  
  
The apartment offers excellent value compared to city-centre listings and is a short taxi or bus ride from Belfast’s main attractions. As with many central locations, some street noise can be expected.  
  
• Parking  
  
Free on-street parking is available on Templemore Avenue (both sides of the road, no restrictions).  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
  
Just before check-in day you will receive details of the person who will arrange to meet you at the property, take you to the apartment and show you around. You will have their direct number if you need it for check in. For anything else that is not related to check in you should reply to the main booking message threads so that the whole team sees it.
