We didn't get internet in the room and talk to the receptionist . But never was looked at. The air-conditioning was set by the hotel but it was hot . Parking you pay extra €15a day . The restaurant was good . Turkish food . The staff was friendly.

Great hotel very close to main attractions, with spacious rooms and an excellent staff. (Special thanks to Ivailo who made our stay especially memorable with his willingness to help and his wonderful sense of humor.) As a bonus, the hotel also contains the largest collection of contemporary Bulgarian art--there's fabulous art everywhere, the lobby, hallways, individual rooms, breakfast area, everywhere. The pool and fitness room are really nice; the pool requires a swim cap so be sure to take one.

"Hotel admin forced us to pay additional fee stating that the price on the Expedia was wrong. Part of the pool was closed. The other part is offered for additional fee. The room bathroom was overflowed with water from the shower. There is not air-conditioner in the room."
