Even though an older property, it was very clean, comfortable, and convenient! Great AC and blackout blinds. Super breakfast included. Great value for the price. Thank you!

The pool that is shown on the page of this hotel has not been operating this year. Maintenance personnel just started rubbing off the mosses that were stuck inside the pool at 9 PM in the evening when I tried to sleep. It was quite noisy with the water pressure hose and the motor that generates the pressure. Also, the hair dryer was very dirty, with all previous customer's hair and dirt still at the handle and fan of the dryer. Lastly, I tried to call the reception desk for help, but the phone in the room was broken, and when I tried to connect with my mobile, no one answered.

The amount of deferred maintenance in the rooms was not acceptable for the increased rates. Shower curtains that were the incorrect size for the shower and leads to water all over the bathroom floor and damage on the door. The lack of locking doors on building entries was unacceptable in this day in age and for this location. Being located that close to a highway, recent drug busts in the city and visible homeless community near the property reflected how the property is neglected. The pool and hot tub were closed and no work was being done. This was part of the reason we selected this hotel since we have kids and want other activities for them. The color of the pool water reflected it isn't a recent issue.

Very walkable. Every morning we had to go to the office and ask for coffee pods because housekeeping was only doing turnovers. Also hot tub was out of service which we weren’t made aware of at booking. The shuttle was also down.
