“We arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a women in cut off shorts and a tank top. Our room we reserved was given to someone else. Then another lady came out to the desk and they gave up a handicapped room. The ceiling was covered in mold and mildew. “It was very run down. They charged me a $50 cleaning fee for my service dog. No where on their website does it say about bringing paperwork showing he is a service dog which is actually not allowed. All the bedding was stained and didn't look clean. I actually went and bought sheets to put on the bed to sleep on because I wasn't sleeping on theirs. They need a major remodel!
