“Beautiful hotel, perfectly located with gorgeous stylish interiors, but evidently understaffed. We stayed in a lovely corner suite, which had great views, but an odd and impractical floor design, which involved a long path to get from the bedroom to the bathroom. The front desk staff was consistently helpful, and always replied with a smile. However, we found the front desk empty multiple times and had to chase the clerk with the restaurant staff, which is not what you would expect in a……

“Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Room was on the small side ( king bed room). If you spend any time in the room, the only place to sit is on the bed. Social hour in the evening is a nice touch. Location is great - walking distance to anything in the historic district. Interesting historic artwork throughout the hotel.”

“The property has 3 main buildings with their own themes and hotel rooms. Over a dozen restaurants throughout that offer a ton of variety. The art and design features are phenomenal. This is a destination within itself. Add the ease of getting to the surrounding historic area and you have the PERFECT place for your next trip to Savannah. “The property is low maintenance. There is really only 1-2 staff on property to help guest from 8-8. Everything else ya have to call on a phone. The Inn does require you to care your suitcase up 2 flights of stairs to get to your room. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable! The soap and shampoos they have are wonderful along with the robes in the room. The breakfast are absolutely hand down AMAZING!! Very well prepared and cooked!! Absolutely delicious!! “The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. ”
