“I understand that Parents Weekend in Statesboro is a busy time, and I recognize that hotels may adjust their rates during periods of high demand. However, charging $513.85 for a room that would ordinarily cost less than $100 per night is already an excessive premium. At that price, I expected a clean, functional room with basic amenities in proper working conditions. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I received.
As shown in the attached photographs, the shower was not functioning……
“The counter was nice and willing to help me and solve the problems yoy may have
The room is a kind of dark and the smell is not that good
But it is accordance with its price
It is suitable for short living like one or two days”
“Room was clean and staff was so helpful and nice (especially Rowe - I hope I have her name right!) Check in and check out was a breeze. Great location for GSU football games! Some TLC around the property would make this the absolute best spot for Southern parents to stay.”
