“The help received from the time we walked in to the time we left, especially Mrs. Deborah I. The breakfast area at the Marshall House , the fantastic concierege’s and guys at the check-in desk and the porter helping us. All were fantastic! This is an older hotel and designed and furnished like an 1800 Victorian themed hotel. The breakfast was free and delicious! Not a buffet! Each table ordered from a menu and it was brought to the table. Very classy! Loved the attention. The free happy……

“This hotel is so conveniently located.. just a couple minutes from SCAD, Riverfront, and Broughton St. The staff are wonderful and hotel is very clean. Has everything you need for an extended stay. Restaurant is conveniently located across the breezeway. All in all a great place to stay”

“The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. ”

“I really liked staying here. Loved the high ceilings and exposed brick. The location was unbeatable. I didn't have a car so didn't worry about parking. It was spotless. The one thing I did not like was being in a unit facing the ally. Nonstop noise interruptions between 3 and 8 am. Like loud alarm clocks going off. When I rebook I'll request an odd number unit instead of even.”

“Absolutely loved everything except for the light switches. There were so many light switches in the room. We didn’t know what light went to which switch. Also kind of weird to have the bathtub in the shower wasn’t really a fan. Favorite thing was watching the ships come through the river. If you can get a view of the river absolutely 100% worth it.”

“The hotel is located at the western edge of the old town, it is in a quieter zone compared to the area closer to the river. Parking was $40 The room was nice, we got the king size and loved the half bathrooms idea. Good, strong showers. The breakfast was OK, many staples but some not great, the scrambled eggs were from a box and not very tasty. Nice gym I would go back to the hotel next time we go to Savannah!”
