This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home combines modern amenities with the charm of village living, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends. The house comfortably accommodates up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. As you enter, you'll find a separate living room furnished with cosy seating and equipped with a television, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, designed to a high standard with contemporary fittings and appliances. This space is perfect for both cooking and entertaining, with a large dining table that invites shared meals and conversations. Adjoining the kitchen is a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and an additional TV, creating a versatile space for socialising or unwinding. The property boasts three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and ample storage, while the second bedroom offers a double bed. The third bedroom is perfect for another adult or two children, with a single bed with truckle bed underneath. There are two modern bathrooms in the property: one upstairs with a bath and the other downstairs with a shower, both finished to a high standard. The highlight of this home is its lovely, spacious garden. The Ground Floor The ground floor features a modern open plan kitchen with dining area. Adjacent to the dining area is a sofa nook with tv and double doors leading out to the garden. There is also separate sitting room with large sofa, armchairs, ottoman and second television. A shower room and loo are located to the right of the front door. First Floor Upstairs are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds and one has a single bed with a hidden extra single bed on a trundle underneath. The Garden The garden is secure and has both a patio and lawn area. With plenty of outdoor furniture this a perfect spot for alfresco dining and relaxing. Dogs ?
